    RETURN AND REFUND POLICY - THEE BARBEE SHOPPE

We want every doll to feel fabulous and confident with their purchase! Due to the nature of our luxury hair products, we’ve created the following return policy to ensure hygiene, fairness, and quality assurance. 
 RETURNS
We accept returns on unused, unopened, and unworn hair extensions within 7 days of delivery. 
To qualify for a return: 
  • Hair must be in its original packaging 
  • Seals must be intact 
  • Product must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered 
  • Closure and frontal lace must be uncut 
*WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON WORN OR TAMPERED HAIR!*
 REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return: 
Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method 
  • A $15 restocking fee may apply 
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable 
  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days to reflect on your account. 
 EXCHANGES
We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order if needed.
