Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Once fulfilled, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
Shipping (U.S. Only)
We offer nationwide shipping to all 50 states.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout using real-time USPS pricing.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and selected shipping method.
Signature confirmation may be required for high-value orders.
Same-Day Local Delivery –
For our dolls near the glam HQ, we offer same-day local delivery!
Eligibility:
Delivery available within 50 miles of ZIP code 30542
Orders must be placed by 1:00 PM EST
Order must total $250 or more
Flat delivery fee: $100
Delivery Hours:
Monday–Saturday, 2:00 PM – 7:00 PM
Orders placed after 1:00 PM will be delivered the next business day.
