We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time without notice. Prices for our products are also subject to change without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any price change, suspension, or discontinuation of products.

All product descriptions, images, and pricing are displayed as accurately as possible, but we cannot guarantee exact color representation due to screen settings.

 Order Terms

By placing an order, you agree that:

  • You are the authorized user of the payment method used

  • You provide complete and accurate shipping and billing information

  • You will not use our products for unlawful or unauthorized purposes

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at any time for reasons including fraud suspicion, pricing errors, or stock issues.

 Shipping & Delivery

We ship nationwide via USPS. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout using real-time carrier pricing. A $2.50 handling fee is applied to each shipped order.

For Dolls located within 50 miles of ZIP code 30542, we offer same-day local delivery for orders $250+ placed by 1:00 PM EST. A flat $100 delivery fee applies. Orders placed after 1:00 PM will be delivered the next business day.

 Returns & Refunds

We accept returns on unused, unopened, and untampered hair products within 7 days of delivery. All returns are subject to inspection and may be denied if the product has been altered or worn. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
